Espresso

Espresso is coffee brewed by forcing a small amount of nearly boiling water under pressure through finely ground coffee beans. "Espresso" is strong coffee arising from the water temperature 92-94 ºc to flow through the coffee until about 25-50 ml., and then applied as a base. 

Ristretto

Ristretto is espresso, and is the most concentrated when compared with all kinds of coffee. Ristretto is traditionally a short shot of espresso coffee made with the normal amount of ground coffee but extracted with about half the amount of water  (Due to the water through coffee with equal force, but in the short term) by total to about 15-20 ml.  

Lungo

 Lungo is a coffee beverage made by using an espresso machine to make an Italian-style coffee – short black with much more water, resulting in a stretched coffee. Often with a glass of approximately 50-90ml.

Americano / Long Black

Espresso + Water = Americano

 

 

Then Add Some Milk.......

Latte/Flat White/Piccolo

 

Espresso + Steamed Milk = Latte/Flat White/Piccolo

Latte > Flat White > Piccolo

 

Cappucino

 

Espresso + Steamed Milk + Frothed Milk = Cappucino

 

Macchiato

 

Espresso + Frothed Milk = Macchiato

Turkish Coffee

Espresso + Spices = Turkish Coffee

 

Turkish coffee is a method of preparing unfiltered coffee. Roasted and then finely ground coffee beans are boiled in a pot, usually with (cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, or cloves), and served in a cup where the grounds are allowed to settle

 

 

Espresso Ramano

Espresso + Lemon = Espresso Ramano

 

Coffee espresso with a lemon peel or lemon pieces inserted in the cup. A sliced ​​lemon may be used to rub against the glass as well
